Nicholas Deak, MSN, RN, FNP is a compassionate primary care provider experienced in partnering with a diverse group of individuals to help them manage chronic conditions and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Nicholas’ background includes specialized care for patients with HIV/AIDS and Hep B/C. He has also dedicated time to work with organizations such as HOME for transgender youth and the NYC DOH PrEP initiatives. Nicholas is fluent in Spanish and English and prior to joining Union Health Center, he spent time caring for rural workers in the Dominican Republic.

Outside of work, Nicholas is an avid biker and outdoorsman despite being born and raised in NYC.
