If you refuse to wear a surgical mask you will NOT be allowed into the Center for your appointment.

For COVID-19 Vaccines – We welcome walk-ins on Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm

For the next several months, parts of Union Health Center will be under construction to create new exam rooms and renovate the existing waiting rooms and registration areas. We will remain open during construction and will continue to safely provide care and treatment to our patients. Please continue to call us to schedule appointments rather than walking in to avoid unnecessary delays and any inconvenience to you.

Flu vaccines are still available to Union Health Center patients. Adults 18 yrs and older. Please call for an appointment with a nurse.

We hope that you are safe, healthy and keeping your spirits up during these difficult times.
