Current COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

Advanced appointments are required:

No walk-ins accepted at this time (with the exception of COVID-19 vaccinations). Call us at 212-924-2510 to schedule an appointment.

Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment:

Our waiting room seating has been reduced to maintain adequate social distancing.

Masks are required while in the Union Health Center:

If you do not have a mask with you at the time of your visit our registration staff will provide one.

Virtual video visits available:

As an alternative to visiting us at the Center, visits with your primary care provider can be scheduled and done over the telephone or by video.

Please note: If you refuse to wear a surgical mask you will not be allowed into the Center for your appointment.

 

Vaccine Information:

Union Health Center has Moderna vaccine for your primary vaccinations, first booster or second booster. Moderna may be given even if you received vaccinations with Pfizer or Johnson and Johnson previously.

The first booster with Moderna may be given in adults 18 years and older, 5 months after their primary series.

The second booster with Moderna may be given to adults 50 years and older, 4 months after the first booster.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • We will take your temperature and ask how you are feeling
  • While in the Center, along with wearing a face mask at all times, we ask that you practice proper social distancing (maintaining 6 feet distance apart), especially in our entry, waiting areas, and restrooms
  • Please use our hand sanitizing dispensers that are located throughout the facility
  • Visitors will not be allowed in the Center unless it is absolutely necessary

YOUR CONCERNS

  • If you have a fever, a cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches or loss of taste/smell, we can help you to understand what steps to take.
  • Please call us at 212-924-2510. DO NOT WALK INTO THE CENTER! Call volume at certain times of the day is very high, so you may need to leave a message. A nurse will return your call the same day.
  • Testing for COVID-19 will be done if your provider finds it necessary.
