Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment:
Our waiting room seating has been reduced to maintain adequate social distancing.
Masks are required while in the Union Health Center:
If you do not have a mask with you at the time of your visit our registration staff will provide one.
Virtual video visits available:
As an alternative to visiting us at the Center, visits with your primary care provider can be scheduled and done over the telephone or by video.

Union Health Center offers Covid 19 Boosters (Moderna Bivalent) to patients 12 and older.

We welcome walk-ins Monday – Friday from 10am – 4pm
When arriving at the Union Health Center
FOR YOUR SAFETY
- We will take your temperature and ask how you are feeling
- While in the Center, along with wearing a face mask at all times, we ask that you practice proper social distancing (maintaining 6 feet distance apart), especially in our entry, waiting areas, and restrooms
- Please use our hand sanitizing dispensers that are located throughout the facility
- Visitors will not be allowed in the Center unless it is absolutely necessary
YOUR CONCERNS
- If you have a fever, a cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches or loss of taste/smell, we can help you to understand what steps to take.
- Please call us at 212-924-2510. DO NOT WALK INTO THE CENTER! Call volume at certain times of the day is very high, so you may need to leave a message. A nurse will return your call the same day.
- Testing for COVID-19 will be done if your provider finds it necessary.
