
Joshua Ononuju, MD, PharmD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for full-spectrum care. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University and worked as a clinical pharmacist for five years before pursuing his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency training at Montefiore/Einstein in the Department of Family and Social Medicine in the Bronx, where he developed a strong foundation in caring for underserved and medically complex populations. Dr. Ononuju is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his patients and empowering them to make informed health care decisions that reflect their individual values and goals. His clinical interests include preventive health, pediatrics, chronic disease management, mental health, and both women’s and men’s health.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys film, photography, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
