Being able to help those patients who seek help and seeing how they take the information we givethem to improve their health makes me a proud health professional. I also enjoy the time spent with each patient and their families, educating them so that they can live a healthier life. At UHC, we take the time and dedication to educate each patient on their chronic conditions. We follow up on their goals and encourage them. Each patient is treated with respect and as valuable as any other.
Advice to Patients: Any small change you make toward a healthier you counts. It's important to set small goals in a short-term period of time and be consistent with those changes before setting new goals. Always be on top of your own health and be mindful of any signs and symptoms you have, and be sure not to ignore them.
