Cody Dashiell-Earp, MD is a highly regarded physician-leader and compassionate primary care doctor with extensive experience caring for a culturally and medically diverse population. Dr. Dashiell-Earp currently serves as the CEO and CMO at Union Health Center, where she also cares for patients. Previously, Dr. Dashiell-Earp led ambulatory quality improvement for the department of medicine at UCLA and served as medical director of a teaching practice at the University of Colorado. Dr. Dashiell-Earp has a longstanding passion for creating high-value ambulatory care systems, working with interdisciplinary health care teams, and educating future primary care providers. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Yale, an MD from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Wharton. Dr. Dashiell-Earp is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Dashiell-Earp’s research has been published in various publications and spans a range of topics, from hypertension, hypothyroidism, and osteoporosis management to health equity topics such as medications for children in foster care and health care delivery for welfare recipients.

In her free time, Dr. Dashiell-Earp enjoys exploring her neighborhood on foot, playing with her two sons in Prospect Park, collecting cookbooks, listening to podcasts, and reading popular fiction.
