Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Neil Allen Pasco’s expertise is in primary care delivery, population health management, complex care delivery, and patient safety/quality initiatives. Dr. Pasco comes to the Union Health Center from the New York Presbyterian Hospital system where he was the Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians. Dr, Pasco held various leadership positions, overseeing practices, working within the accountable care organization and leading quality-patient safety initiatives. While at NYP he earned the Physician of the Year Award in 2020 for his work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A graduate of SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and City College of New York, Dr. Pasco completed his residency training in internal medicine at the University of Miami (Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital Health System). Currently, Dr. Pasco is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is a practicing primary care physician and hospitalist.

Outside of work, Dr. Pasco spends his free time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys catching up on the Giants and Yankees.
