Sharon Brown is our Director of Human Resources. She has had a lifelong passion for helping and connecting people and joined the UHC team after successfully working in various industries prior to healthcare.
Recognizing that UHC employees are our most valuable assets, Sharon is committed to the success and well-being of our staff. By providing systematic support to help all team members perform at their highest potential, both individually and professionally, they are in turn able to deliver the highest level of care to our patients. Sharon oversees our rigorous hiring process to recruit individuals who reflect the diverse communities we serve, ensuring a workforce that embodies a wide range of perspectives, education, and experiences.
What drew Sharon to UHC is the compassion and commitment of the staff she serves, as demonstrated in their collaborative, holistic approach to care and the personalized attention given to every patient who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with family and friends.
